After the New Year, I know many people set new health goals...and one of those may be participating in Veganuary or eating more plant-based meals. So whether you want to shake up your Meatless Monday routine or experiment with a vegan diet, this round up of 55 gluten free and vegan breakfast and dinner recipes is your secret weapon to healthy eating in 2021.
A few quick notes about the gluten free and vegan recipes in this round-up: 1) If oats or oat flour is used, make sure yours is gluten free and celiac safe!, 2) To keep some of the recipes 100% vegan, use gf and vegan chocolate chips, like from Enjoy Life Foods, 3) If nuts or seeds are used, also make sure yours are gluten free!
