These gluten free donuts are super easy to make, taste like your favorite banana bread in donut form, and are extremely allergy friendly. Plus, if you don't include the crumbled Undercover Snacks' cookies, these gluten free donuts are vegan donuts as well!
Because these donuts are baked, they don't have the light, fluffy texture of traditionally fried donuts. Ingredients Needed for Your Gluten Free Donuts
Makes 10 donuts
2 ripe bananas
1 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP date syrup
Splash of vanilla
1 TBSP nut butter
1/2 cup water + 2 TBSP if needed
Optional: 3 Undercover Snacks' cookies, crumbled up
