Gluten Free and Vegan Christmas Breakfast Toasts

Roasted zucchini for the presents and pumpkin seeds for the ornaments

How to Make this Christmas Breakfast Recipe of Festive Toasts:
This Christmas breakfast is as easy as it gets! First, toast your bread slices (if desired) while you roast a few strips of zucchini. Then add mashed avocado onto one slice in the shape of a Christmas tree and cut the roasted zucchini slices into squares and strips for the present. Mix a little hummus with beet powder, grab your pumpkin seeds, and put everything into place. Repeat with the snowman toast, except using hummus for the main part of the design!
