Gluten Free and Vegan Sweet N' Salty Banana Muffins

If you love fluffy, gluten free and vegan banana muffins, you'll love this twist on a classic. A sweet gluten free banana muffin combines with crunchy grain free pretzels, creamy nut butter and sweet chocolate chips to be the perfect gluten free breakfast, snack or dessert.
These gluten free muffins are lower in sugar thanks to being sweetened partially by bananas, and they're also nut free if you use a seed butter as a topping instead of a nut butter. And if you're traveling this summer, I can't recommend these vegan chocolate chip muffins enough as an easy travel snack or breakfast!
Gluten Free and Vegan Banana Muffins Recipe
3 ripe bananas blended with 1/2 cup dairy free milk
1.5 cup All Purpose GF Flour
2 TBSP date syrup
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate (I chopped up part of a Pascha Chocolate bar)
Handful of Savor Street pretzels
Optional: Nut or seed butter of choice (I used Split Nutrition)
