Gluten Free Caramelized Banana S'mores Bake (Nut Free, Vegan Option)

This gluten free S'mores Bake with Caramelized Bananas is the perfect way to end summer -- especially because this S'mores Bake is made in 15 minutes or less, uses only 5 ingredients and is made in the oven (or toaster oven), no campfire required.
Plus, it has all the classic S'mores components you're craving: gooey chocolate, chewy marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers...except this S'mores dessert is gluten free, nut free, optionally vegan and the perfect size to share with a fellow gluten free foodie.

Gluten Free Caramalized Banana S'mores Bake Recipe
4 graham crackers (I used these Honeygrams from Schar but you can sub with a GF and vegan option!)
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 TBSP coconut sugar (I used my fave from Foods Alive here)
2-3 TBSP chocolate chips, vegan if desired
2 handfuls of mini marshmallows (I used Dandies vegan marshmallows)
